What a fun and lighthearted game! I love the idea of "drunkness" effects added per round, I'm assuming based on the type of ingredients collected. The size changing effect was my favorite and made it harder to collect ingredients in a way that wasn't frustrating, but actually a fun challenge.

The music was so fun too, it setup such a cooky, lighthearted vibe.

The controls were awkward for second player. I feel that it's just muscle memory to do movement control with left hand for most games, so having my jump on the < for left hand and controlling arrows with right was weird. This didn't ruin the experience, just could be improved. of course, controller copatablility or online play would easily fix that. Obviously - not a big deal in this itteration - it was a 48hr jam afterall.

There are a few bugs (getting sent off the map and not being able to go back, a mushroom ingredient I could never reach) but that's to be expected.

If your team ever ends up creating a polished version I think it would work well for couch co-op on a handheld device (like switch docked or undocked). Would also be great as a multiplayer game for group online play.

I'd be excited to see how the level design and sound design would evolve with more time to produce this!

Overall this submission is incredibly promising and reminded me of party games like gang beasts, jackbox, and fall guys. A fully produced version of this game would definitely stand up against this similar type of games.
